AIM

After completion of this module you will better understanding of what water heating is and the basic utilities in properties.

OBJECTIVES

In this first module,

• We focus on property basics and look at how the set-up of water and electricity would influence the choice of Redring products.
• We explore common topics such as the difference between vented and unvented systems.

This module is approximately 20 minutes long and includes a short assessment.
